About Molly

Therapy Rooted in Experience, Creativity, and Compassion

My path to becoming a therapist has been shaped by a deep reverence for human resilience and the many ways we find our way back to ourselves.

I began my clinical journey working with women struggling with substance abuse and co-occurring mental health disorders. That early work grounded me in the complexities of trauma, addiction, and healing. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of serving individuals across diverse settings—from hospital bedsides to community clinics, from Contra Costa County Jail to local schools.

As an Expressive Arts Therapist, I’ve witnessed the power of creativity to move what words alone cannot. I’ve facilitated groups in spaces of deep pain and transformation, and provided individual support to adolescents, teens, and families navigating life’s most tender moments.

Now, in my private practice, I focus on what I love most: supporting women in developing a deeper, more compassionate relationship with themselves and the world around them.

My Therapeutic Lens

As a holistic and integrative therapist, I believe that healing happens when we honor the full spectrum of who we are—our stories, bodies, identities, and emotions. I draw from a wide range of therapeutic modalities while staying rooted in curiosity, kindness, and creativity. My work is relational and trauma-informed, with a deep respect for culture, intersectionality, and systemic influences on mental health.

Who I Work With

I am especially passionate about working with women who are navigating:

  • Trauma and recovery

  • Identity exploration and self-trust

  • Life transitions, grief, and loss

  • Fertility, motherhood, and relational healing

  • Burnout, anxiety, and emotional overwhelm

My practice is a welcoming space for BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, and other marginalized individuals. I’m committed to decolonizing the therapeutic space and holding complexity with compassion.
