 I believe people are innately driven to grow and overcome obstacles through the resolution of trauma and other adverse experiences. I work with women seeking to develop a deeper relationship to themselves and the world around them. My focus is to help you navigate barriers and achieve positive outcomes on your journey toward growth and self-actualization.


While I work with a diversity of issues, I specialize in treating women struggling with anxiety.

Anxiety can look like so many things--a steady, constant worry, all the way to full-blown panic attacks. It can be a feeling of restlessness or tension in the jaw, shoulder, neck or back. Anxiety is a fear response that stimulates us to take protective or proactive action - to fight, flight, or freeze. It is the body’s way of letting us know that we need to make adjustments in our lives to keep us safe, connected to ourself and the world around us. Everyone feels anxiety, but when it undermines your wellbeing, therapy can help.
