What to Expect

We will meet at an agreed upon time once a week for a 50-minute psychotherapy session. During our sessions, we will engage in a process that is organic and dependent on what is present in the here and now of the therapy experience. Sessions will be held virtually, allowing you to meet in the comfort, safety, and privacy of your own home environment. My intention is to listen attentively and help you identify your unique needs.

I view each treatment session as its own creative and collaborative endeavor. I approach our work with genuine curiosity, thoughtfulness, and warmth. I strive to create an environment that is not only safe but also informative, compassionate, playful, and one that truly fosters personal growth and development.

As humans, our minds and bodies do so much better when they are offered creative and diverse ways to express ourselves. I am an integrative therapist, meaning that I draw from a rich variety of approaches to support you in seeing, being, and truly knowing yourself. Our work will be rooted in talk therapy and supplemented by Expressive Arts Psychotherapy, Depth Psychotherapy, Somatic Psychotherapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Mindfulness practices. This multifaceted approach aims to foster deeper understanding and growth within you.
